DIZYGOTIC released the "Peach Boy" colorway of Project Alpha telling a folklore story about the popular hero Momotaro "Peach Boy" in ancient Japan.

The pair features a mismatched color design and an asymmetrical design on the lateral and medial sides. 

Momotaro 'Peach Boy' Makoto edition features an all-premium full-grain pigskin suede upper, with a perforated suede toe box and Peach Boy and Oni embroidery designed by Japanese tattoo artist Makoto Horimatsu on the heels. The insoles also boast memory foam lining and full-body suit tattoo graphics by Makoto printed on both insoles. Strobel boards above the midsoles come with mismatched logo prints. Mismatched color Vibram megagrip outsoles provide additional stability and durability. Each pair is handmade in the sample room instead of an assembly line.

About Makoto Horimatsu

Makoto Horimatsu (Makoto Omatsu 大松 誠) is a Japanese tattoo artist from Kokura, Fukuoka. In 2002, Makoto started to practice Japanese traditional tattoos, he is known for his various styles of frog tattoos. Makoto also tattooed numerous celebrities in Japan.
